HOMBO SHUZO Co., Ltd.

1748-2 Hosono, Kobayashi City
GREETINGS

The history of the Hombo Shuzo brewery began in Minami-Satsuma as a cotton manufacturing business. Shochu (distilled spirit) production began in 1909. Since then, we have been brewing shochu for more than 100 years in the same place where we were founded. Today, our sake brewing operations have spread to Kagoshima, Yamanashi, and Nagano prefectures, and we continue to carry on the spirit of our founding, which was to make the most of the local climate and to be rooted in the community.

ISHI NO KURAKARA

This 17% alcohol by volume shochu is pre-mixed with natural water from the Kirishima mountain range (medium-hard water), which goes well with the barrel-aged syochu liqueur, so that you can enjoy the taste of the barrel-aged syochu liqueur as it is.
