GREETINGS
Our greatest joy is seeing our customers smile. We believe that providing a moment of peace and tranquility is our mission. Oura Shuzo has been committed to traditional handcrafted methods for over 100 years. As the fourth-generation toji (brewmaster) of Oura Shuzo, I am dedicated to continuing this tradition for the next 100 years.

MIYAKOZAKURA
By blending different types of sweet potatoes, Oura Shuzo has created a premium shochu that captures the best qualities of each variety. The red potato provides a fragrant aroma, the white potato offers a rich and deep flavor, and the yellow potato contributes a citrusy scent. This expertly blended shochu is a flagship product of Oura Shuzo.
YUSAKU
It has a refreshing light type flavor made from 100% Kogane-Sengan from Southern Kyushu. The name of the product is taken from the name of the fourth generation father (Yusaku), and is an expression of his determination to carry on his father's philosophy.

GENMAISHOCHU
The brown rice shochu developed by Toichi Oura, the founder of the company, was further refined by Yusaku Oura, father of Shinichi Oura, the current president. It is a rare product that is fragrant and aged for a long time. It is a rare brown rice shochu brewed in Japan, and one can feel the 100-year history of the brewery's unique technology.
KIKUIMOSHOCHU KUSA NO YUKARI
Developed as the first product of our new "100-Year Bond" project, this shochu is made entirely from Jerusalem artichokes, cultivated in collaboration with local producers. With its unique aroma and rich flavor, distinct from traditional potato, rice, or barley shochu, this new product is sure to introduce you to a whole new depth of shochu.

By Toji and staff
We will develop original products in small lots by taking advantage of our small production capacity. Together with local producers, we would like to deliver new shochu never seen before. We are convinced that we can deliver quality shochu because we are particular about raw materials and handmade.
