GREETINGS
Clear air, pure water, and the climate behind the brewery. Unkai Shuzo's authentic shochu brewery is located in a rich natural environment. The Aya Brewery of the Unkai Shuzo Brewery is located in Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, surrounded by one of Japan's most famous evergreen forests, which is registered as a UNESCO Eco Park. The brewery is also known for its “Kobiki Blue” potato shochu and “Iitomo” barley shochu.

KOBIKI BLUE
KOBIKI BLUE is an authentic sweet potato shochu made with sweet potatoes produced in Kyushu, the pure water of Aya Town, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan, and our original yeast “Hyuga-nada Kuroshio Yeast” from the sea. It is characterized by its clean, crisp sweetness and refreshing mouthfeel.
IITOMO BLUE
Made with the finest barley, pure water sourced from Miyazaki's Aya Town, home to one of Japan's largest evergreen forests, and our proprietary "Hinata Nada Kuroshio Yeast", this premium barley shochu is lovingly crafted by our master brewers at Ayazura. Enjoy its clean, crisp taste and refreshing finish.

TOWAKURA
Nestled within Miyazaki Prefecture's Aya Town, the brewery is blessed with pristine water, a gift from one of Japan's most expansive evergreen forests. Our skilled artisans at Ayazura meticulously craft shochu, harnessing both ancient traditions and modern innovation to unveil the rice's inherent sweetness. The result is a shochu that dances on the palate with an elegant aroma, a gentle sweetness, and a mellow finish.
HYUGA KOHI
Made with premium Kogane-Sengan sweet potatoes grown in Kyushu, this traditional shochu is meticulously crafted using black koji and aged in earthenware jars. The result is a deep, smooth, and sophisticated flavor that highlights the natural sweetness of the sweet potato.
