GREETINGS

Founded in 1892. Seeking the unchanged taste, we continue to preserve the handmade products that live in the climate and natural surroundings in the only earthen brewery in the prefecture since its establishment.

YAEZAKURA IMO

The sharp and light aroma of sweetpotato, the richness of fine rice, and the moderately pungent malted rice create an integrated flavor. The softness and sweetness are brought out more by mixing it with hot water.

YAEZAKURA SATOZAKE

SATOZAKE is defined as “sake made from raw materials, water, and people within a 100 km radius. As a shochu with a view of the fields, it is made from Nichinan ingredients and has a sweet, soft, Nichinan-like flavor. The QR code on the back label allows you to enjoy the scenery of Nichinan and the tropic of Nichinan with Yaezakura Goshu.

YAEZAKURA TEDUKURI

This shochu is a “blend” of potato shochu aged from six months to four years. The blender of the brewery is very particular about this product. You can enjoy its stable and deep taste.

YAEZAKURA ZODIAC SIGNS

A year-end product in the shape of next year's Chinese zodiac sign. This is a traditional authentic potato shochu. It is a single-year shochu made in the fall and sold over the course of a year starting in the spring of the following year. It is an excellent product that gives a sense of the year's sweetpotatoes and climate.
