With the theme of "steadfast brewing," we craft our shochu by hand in Obi, a castle town in Nichinan. We are committed to delivering Japanese culture and our national sake, shochu, to people all over the world.

TOUJI JUNPEI TEDUKURI

This gentle shochu is carefully brewed using traditional handmade malted rice and Miyazaki's specialty sweet potato, Miyazakibeni.


TOUJI JUNPEI BENIIMO GENSYU

Kodama Brewery's flagship brand “Toji Junpei” is shipped according to the vintage and the four seasons. This shochu receives the changing seasons in the storage tanks and shows various expressions.


TOUJI JUNPEI BENIIMO HANADORI

This shochu is collected as the very first drops during distillation, accounting for just 1% of the total production. It is characterized by its fragrant aroma and an explosive flavor that bursts in your mouth.

How to drink recommended by the brewery, recommended snacks

It can be served on the rocks, with water, with hot water, or with soda, so we hope you will enjoy it in your favorite way according to your favorite food.

A local delicacy you should try is our tempura, a deep-fried dish made with a batter of fish paste, tofu, and other ingredients.
