GREETINGS
At Sake Brewery Ohtemon, there are no “compromises” in our shochu production. Our goal is to create the ultimate in shochu by focusing only on making delicious shochu and making sure that everyone enjoys it, and by making full use of our “ideals, ideas, and passion,” as well as our “production methods and techniques. Shochu made with various techniques and ingredients have one thing in common. As our predecessors have said, we must “maintain a sense of urgency while having fun at the same time. We believe that each and every one of us, as brewers, must be excited to imagine the “deliciousness” of our products for our customers, and work hard every day to create shochu that will lead to uncompromising shochu production.

KENJOU GINTEKI
The name “KENJOU GINTEKI” was chosen as a gift to the Emperor Showa, and its name comes from the way each drop of raw sake falls from the distillation machine, looking like a shining silver drop, and the spirit of the brewer is contained in each drop.
AKUNO KUROBUKA
The aroma of fragrant barley spreads, and its characteristic sweetness and mildness leave a lingering taste, as if you are tasting a luxurious barley chocolate. Enjoy it on the rocks or with hot water as desired.

ZENINI ARAZU
Kogane Sengan and Beniju are used as ingredients, and both white and black malted rice are used to bring out the best of each. With a refreshing aroma, it is slightly sweet and soft on the tongue.
CHO PHARAOH
It has an elegant and noble aroma and a rich, robust flavor that surpasses “PHARAOH”. By blending atmospheric and vacuum distilled sake, the aroma is as rich as a heavenly flower, and the rich, robust flavor is like the blessings of the earth itself.

By Toji and staff
A historical brewery founded in 1896, surrounded by the Komatsu Mountains and Inoyae Valley in Nichinan, Miyazaki Prefecture. Shochu production pursues the blessings of each of the four seasons with a daily spirit of exploration. The brewery is particular about all of its raw materials (underground water, koji, mother liquor, unrefined spirit, distillation, rice, sweet potatoes, and barley), and is dedicated to becoming a brewery that continues to be loved by drinkers. Please enjoy the “spirit of the brewer”.
