GREETINGS
Kitago Town, Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, is a town of hot springs and clear streams surrounded by green mountains. Sakura-no-Sato Brewery was established there in 1994 as an affiliate of Inoue Shuzo. In 1997, the company began long-term jar storage of shochu in large unglazed jars, and now has 5,500 jars in which the shochu is slowly maturing in the grandeur of nature as time goes by.

MUGETSU MARUMI CHOUKIJUKUSEI
We hope you will enjoy the rich taste of the original sweetpotato shochu while listening to the story of the long-aged sake that has been quietly aged in a large unglazed jar for more than three years amid the changing seasons.
※”Marumi” is the brewer's own word to describe the pleasant taste of the shochu as it matures and the roughness of the alcohol is removed.
MUGETSU MARUMI GENSEN
MUGETSU MARUMI is an authentic imo-jochu (sweetpotato shochu) brewed by the brewers themselves, who carefully select from among a large number of original shochu to create an authentic shochu that they are confident in recommending to customers.

SILK SWEET
"Silk Sweet” is a new variety whose seedlings were just started to be sold in 2012. It is a hybrid of “Harukogane” and “Beni Satsuma,” and has become a popular variety with a smooth texture and sweetness that has become the talk of the town. This Silk Sweet is a handmade shochu liqueur brewed at the Sakura-no-Sato Shuzo Shochu Dojo, where the brewers use all their senses to brew the “Shochu Dojo Silk Sweet Brewing”.
CRAFTGIN GINnez
The flavor is created by seasoning lemon, hyuganatsu, Obi cedar, cherry blossom, lemongrass, and coriander seeds grown in Nichinan, Miyazaki.

By Toji and staff
We use the pure underground water from the Inohae Valley to brew our shochu without making any compromises. Since koji, which determines the quality of shochu, is a living thing, we always adjust the fermentation status of koji and mash and the temperature in the tanks by grasping the weather, temperature, and other conditions under which the shochu is being brewed, and by using all five senses.
