SENTOKU JUNMAI
Rice is the source of Japanese people. This is a pure rice sake that contains the flavor of rice in each and every drop, making it a very drinkable sake.
YUMENONAKAMADE
Using traditional techniques, Takachiho's Yamada-Nishiki rice is polished to less than 50%, and 700 kg of the total rice is washed by hand to brew this refreshingly smooth sake using only rice and rice malt.


HANAKAGURA
This sake is carefully and slowly brewed at low temperature from Miyazaki Prefecture's “Hanakagura” rice suitable for sake brewing, resulting in a neat, dry, crisp, and dry sake! Enjoy it lukewarm for a perfect moment!・・・
KOUYOU
This ginjo-shu is carefully brewed with sake brewing techniques that have been passed down and refined. Yamada-Nishiki rice, a highly suited rice for sake brewing, is polished to less than 40% and slowly brewed at a low temperature. It is a dry sake with a fruity and gorgeous aroma of ginjo-shu and a clean, light taste.
