GREETINGS

We are always striving to receive compliments from our customers.

TSUKINONAKA IMO

This is our signature shochu. Enjoy the sweet aroma of sweet potato and a full-bodied flavor with a light finish. It's perfect for drinking straight or on the rocks.

SANDANJIKOMI MUGI

“Rice koji” is used for the primary brewing, and ‘barley’ for the secondary. The second stage is “barley”, and the third stage is “rice malt”. It is a gem that has been matured for exactly three years. You can fully enjoy the savory barley flavor of this long-stored authentic barley shochu.

TSUMA

Iwakura Shuzo brewery is quite particular about its raw materials and produces shochu in small quantities, doing all the work by hand. It is popular for its elaborate, warm, and delicious shochu. This potato shochu is made from Kogane-Sengan and rice produced in Miyazaki Prefecture for the malted rice. It is a mellow, rich, and delicious shochu with a pleasant aftertaste that lingers down the throat.

KURARA

The sweetness of the sweet potatoes and the soft taste of this potato shochu are very attractive. It is produced in small quantities and is so valuable that some years it is not made, depending on the quality of the sweet potatoes. The distilled sweetpotato shochu is aged in tanks for more than one year before bottling. It has a light aroma and a rich flavor.
