The climate of Gokase, with its high temperatures and abundant water, is ideal for the production of authentic shochu. Because the temperature is low throughout the year, the malt takes time to ferment. The process is never rushed and requires more time and effort than normal authentic shochu production. As a result, the yeast produces a delicate flavor.

SOBAUNKAI
"Unkai" is the name given to the clouds rising from the foot of Takachiho, a sacred place with a solemn atmosphere where one can almost hear the voices of the gods. Unkai" is the name given to this magnificent view.
SOBAUNKAI BLACKKOUJI
It is brewed at the Gokase Brewery in Miyazaki, a place rich in nature, using clear water from the Kyushu mountains and traditional black malted rice. It has a refreshing, clean and calm aroma. It is characterized by a smooth, full-bodied taste and a crisp, refreshing finish.


KICCYOUNKAI
It is made with carefully selected buckwheat, traditional black malted rice, and our proprietary yeast [Hyuga-nada Kuroshio Yeast] from the Hyuga-nada Sea in Miyazaki Prefecture, which is most compatible with buckwheat. This authentic buckwheat shochu has a rich, sweet flavor.
NAYUTANOTOKI
Original authentic buckwheat shochu is made from carefully selected buckwheat and carefully brewed by skilled brewers at the Gokase Brewery in Miyazaki using the clear water of the Kyushu Mountains. It is characterized by its distinctive and beautiful buckwheat aroma.
